The School Day

The school day begins at 9:15. Each day consists of 6 x 50 minute periods.

A typical Y12 timetable will look something like this – with physics and computer science as the two options. The flexible tutor time at the beginning of the afternoon may be used for assemblies, PSHE lessons or tutor 1-1s, for example.

This gives us a school week of 33.75 hours. 

The school building will be open to students at the end of the school day so that they can use the space for study, collaboration and clubs and societies.
